The Nu Afrikan Artivist Movement (NAAM) celebrates fiercely creative visionaries who collectively occupy the making of the history and destiny of Afrika.

Nu Afrikans are this generation’s engaged artists, activists, artisans, scholars, leaders, dreamers, and healers shining light on the African diaspora as we broaden the conversation around Blackness through art and media, inspire creative telling of our stories in open, honest, and transformative ways, invoke collaboration and cultural unification, and enrich the global mindset of panAfrican identities across borders, building bridges along the way.

NAAM–uplifting the fearless artistry of comprehensive Nu Afrikans since 2008.
